Outgoing Head Boy, Abdelbagi Ali, known affectionately as ‘Bagi’, was a model student and popular classmate among his peers, so it came as no surprise when he was selected as Head Boy for his final year at Barney.

A selfless, confident student, who immersed himself in Barney’s diverse range of co-curricular activities, Bagi secured a place at the prestigious Imperial College London to read Economics, in the hopes of developing a career in investment banking.

Commenting on his Barney experience, Bagi said: “It was just a great experience with constant support, which left you feeling you were never on your own.

“I was stunned to be chosen as Head Boy and loved mentoring others.”
