The Forty Club visits Barney

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting The Forty Club, ‘the largest wandering cricket club in the world’ for a fixture against our 1st XI.
Despite overcast conditions and the occasional shower, Barnardians enjoyed an amazing experience competing against seasoned cricketers from across the North and Yorkshire.
Well done to the team and coaching staff on a fantastic day’s play, who claimed a nine wicket victory.
