Barnard Castle School expresses its sincere gratitude for Queen Elizabeth II’s dedication to public life, as we recognise Her Majesty’s historic reign as the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee.
To commemorate her unprecedented anniversary, our entire School community gathered last week for a celebratory lunch, with the tables and pupils positioned in the shape of an ‘E’ to symbolise Her Majesty’s name.
We hope everyone celebrating in the Barney community enjoys a wonderful Platinum Jubilee Central Weekend!
