Senior House Public Speaking

Well done to all Barnardians who delivered excellent, articulated speeches during last night’s much-anticipated Senior House Public Speaking Competition.
As ever, it was a keenly contested affair, in what is one of Barney’s flagship House Competitions, with several rousing speeches covering a range of timely topics.
Miss Brenkley, the event’s adjudicator and reigning ‘Best Speaker’, was tasked with the very difficult job of declaring the evening’s overall winning House and passing on her award to a worthy recipient.
Many congratulations to Chloe, Noni and Lena who prevailed as the winning team, representing Longfield House, while Oliver, of Dale House, was awarded the best speaker prize!
