We were delighted to welcome OB Rachel Metcalf back to Barney as she delivered a series of engaging talks to Senior School students as part of our Headspace Speaker Programme.
Rachel, who is a Managing Associate at global law firm Linklaters, spoke about the career opportunities available in Law, recalling her time at university and career to date.
After achieving a string of top grades while at Barney in her GCSEs and A Levels, Rachel read Law at Durham University, culminating in a First Class Honours degree, before training to become a solicitor.
She joined global law firm Linklaters as a Trainee Solicitor and is now an Associate at the firm’s London offices, specialising in Business Crime, Contentious Regulation and Commercial Litigation.
