A Barnard Castle School GCSE Art student has achieved national success after winning a £25 prize in an art competition run annually by Specialist Crafts.
Phoebe Moffitt impressed judges with her incredible use of oil pastels, securing recognition for work developed during her two-year GCSE Art course at Barney.
