The end of an era deserves a spectacular send-off, and this year’s leavers certainly celebrated in style. To round off their unforgettable journey at Barnard Castle School, our Year 13 students, their families, and Barney staff gathered at the beautiful Ramside Hall for the highly anticipated annual Summer Ball!
Dressed in their finest attire, the class of 2026 arrived ready to make some final school memories. The night was filled with nostalgic storytelling and a collective sense of pride. After years of hard work, dedication, and shared experiences within the Barney counterparts, the ball offered the perfect setting for students to celebrate.
While it was an evening to say a final farewell, it was also the perfect time for us to wish Year 13 the very best of luck as they move on to universities, careers, or gap years as Old Barnardians.
