Creative Arts

Creativity in all its forms is encouraged at our school and Music, Drama and Art play a central role in providing pupils with stimulating and rewarding opportunities to develop their creative expression. In addition to timetabled lessons, pupils can choose creative arts subjects as part of the extra-curricular programme, enabling them to develop further the skills they have learned in class.

Active involvement helps pupils to develop an enjoyment and understanding of the arts, whether it is in a one-to-one music lesson, as a member of a choir, band or orchestra, taking a leading role on stage, performing as part of a large cast or being part of the back stage or sound and lighting crew in a production. We aim to offer a range of opportunities to ensure there is something to appeal to everyone.

Visit our pages for more information on art, drama and music enrichment.
