Barnard Castle School is an independent day and boarding school for boys and girls aged 4 to 18.
The Admissions Team at Barnard Castle School is committed to ensuring that from the very first moment you make contact with us, you receive a prompt and bespoke response to your enquiry.
For some, the admissions process is familiar ground; others may be choosing a school for the first time. Whatever your particular circumstances or needs, we are here to help and advise.
We welcome requests to meet with either Mr Alan Stevens, Senior School Headmaster or Mr Carl Rycroft, Prep School Headmaster on a one to one basis to include a tour of the school by one of our pupils. To arrange this please contact Mrs Julia Simpson, Admissions Secretary on +44 (0)1833 696 030.
Pre-Prep - Reception to Year 2
Parents wishing for their children to join our Pre-Prep year groups, are invited to a personal tour of the School. Owing to demand for places, parents are encouraged to contact the School sooner rather than later to discuss registration and entry at this stage. Contact Mrs Julia Simpson to request a tour of the School >>
